100% is not realistic.” And that’s probably true. Shy of a miracle, you may not get 100%
of all the business, but it is realistic to get 50% of all the business in one or two seasons
of proper marketing! You can get a 50% market share. Let’s face it, if you are faithful to
the program and have the desire for success and you have the tenacity, then you will get
the results you desire. You probably know agents who are not nearly as good as you are
